We recently sold our home in Redding with Ben. It is actually the second time we used him. He was our realtor when we bought the house in 2017 and he helped us sell the house this past September. I would highly recommend Ben as a realtor. He is a true professional when it comes to real estate. He is very knowledgeable of the market in the area and helps guide you with the sale or purchase of a home. He keeps you informed on the process and is always available to answer any questions. He made the process of selling our home very peaceful for us, since we didn’t live in the area. We had a few minor issues with the house, Ben was on top of it and had people lined up to take care of it. So, go with Ben, he is truly an awesome realtor and an even better person.
