As a Realtor for 9 years, I have represented dozens and dozens Buyers who have purchased new construction homes all over the City of Philadelphia. I am writing this review because I just wrapped up a transaction in which I represented a Buyer who purchased a home that Cliff and his team built and sold. These guys are amongst the BEST builders / sellers I have encountered in my career. The home inspection was perhaps the cleanest I have seen ... I could tell that they had already inspected the home themselves with a fine-tooth comb and made all the corrections. These guys are excellent. If you are considering purchasing a home that they built, there is no reason to hesitate.

Working with Ben Franklin Residences was one of the best experiences I have ever had working with a builder. From the time my client submitted his offer all the way through after settlement, Cliff and his team have been so responsive and helpful. Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Cliff and his team! Cliff advised us through selling our house and set us up with everything we needed - Home Depot shopping lists, handymen, staggers and cleaners! He gave us so much valuable advise and was always honest with us though the entire process. We followed all of his advice and we went under contract in less than 24 hours! I had the privilege of working with Cliff and his team as a partner on a project in Pennsport. I owned the land and brought in Cliff to help build two townhomes and his ability to execute the vision and overcome obstacles was incredible. Working with Clif & Ben Franklin Residences was one of the highs this past year. The moment I first met Clif I knew he was an awesome person who about everyone.
