Ben took over my listing from an elderly real estate broker who had not done much with the marketing of my home. Immediately upon taking over my listing, I saw Ben leap into action. He photographed my home, hired a video to be taken of my home, then had that video converted into a 3D tour. He then met with me to select the best photos to showcase my home on his company website. He also selected photos of my home to be attached to the sale sign after I was satisfied with everything related to that brochure. My house sold quickly. I would get Ben to sell any home I had at any price any time in the future because he is simply the very best of realtors.
