Eric Herbert was awesome at helping my family get our first home. He walked us through each step of the process and took what we wanted and went out and found us a great neighborhood with new construction. We decided to move and buy a house at the worst possible time: housing prices were way up, inventory was way low, the pandemic was still happening, and we had young kids to think about.
