Ricky Tam is amazing and efficient! He is super knowledgeable. He can answer any questions and find out anything super quick for you! I had a bad experience previously and couldn't close a home...and lost money..until I went online and luckily got connected with Ricky on zillow for a home I just closed! He really proved me that there are good friendly and patience agent! I cannot thank him enough for helping me and my family! We had a lot questions and concern but he never show any negativity. He always quickly got back to us with what to do and how to do. He also remind us with deadline and alert us with many friendly reminders. Highly suggest him and you won't be disappointed!

Me and my wife had a great and easy experience with Louis from Ben Bay! While other realtors were sort of lazy, hard to reach and showed you at most a couple places a day (which are sometimes not even the units you discussed with them initially), Louis came to us with an already prepared schedule for viewings. He and his team from Ben Bay was on top of things, always staying in touch with me on the phone and through email. He is a nice and very professional real estate agent, his understanding of the legal questions that arise in the process of renting a new apartment helped us a lot. He always knew what is the next step to take, and worked towards making the deal happen.
