Lack of transparency in the application process shows a lack of professionalism. Submitted my application and was told listing was not ready to be viewed yet and left my number to receive a call waiting for next steps. Waited a week with no contact from the broker. When I contacted them was told the listing was already leased. Lost out on valuable time in search of other places.

I'd advise caution when dealing with this broker. Generally not very transparent throughout the process. Applied for property. Broker then waited a week (after my repeated follow up) to tell me owner had accepted another application on a property (in the meantime, did not inform me there was any other application out on the property). Lost valuable time and expense in search for rental.

The Belvedere team are quick to respond and very kind. It’s been such a relief to have found a professional landlord/property manager in NYC. We love living in a Belvedere property.

Do not make the mistake of doing business with them. Insane policies, and hard to get a deposit back even though we were never late with rent.

Discriminatory housing practices. Reporting this business to the Department of Housing and Urban Development given my treatment. POC beware.
