Belvedere at Quail Run

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I signed a lease here after a great experience touring units with Liz. Unfortunately that's where my positive experience has ended. The day I received my keys I walked into the unit and immediately saw the kitchen was infested with dozens of roaches showing that clearly the unit wasn't truly cleaned/inspected before my move-in day. After some discussion, I was told the Corporate office would release me from the lease & refund all payments made due to the unit having an active infestation. While disappointed overall, I was thrilled to hear that I wouldn't have to endure a long battle to get out of the spot or be forced to occupy a roach-filled apt. I do not recommend this condominium I moved out when my lease ended, and they still charged me an unfair penalty for “not giving notice,” even though we had already spoken with an office employee. The following month that person no longer worked there, which is a constant issue—staff changes all the time, and no one takes responsibility for the information they provide.I also have a baby, and they showed no consideration at all when imposing such a high penalty. We reached out to the upper manager to explain the situation, but we did not receive a favorable response or any solution.The management is disorganized, there is no real security in the condominium, and the rent is extremely high for what they offer. The condo also needs remodeling, as many areas look outdated. I do not recommend

I had a showing with Trey Williams today, and I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. It’s great to see that the management is improving, and I really hope everything continues to flow positively under his direction. Trey was polite, helpful, and attentive. If I decide to move forward, it would be a pleasure to work with him again. I’m still searching for my new space, but this experience definitely left a good impression. Natalia .

The worst community ever. Bad administration (at least 6 managers in 4 years). Maintenance sucks, dying grass, bad neighbors, the send stupid emails about trash pick up but people hangs blankets on balcony, loud, weed smoking, green pool never heated, pool table in poor condition, over a month waiting on a deposit return and can keep going on.. expensive and nasty Two months and still have not received our deposit back…. Ridiculous

I can’t warn the public enough, not to rent here. It is obscenely infested with German cockroaches. They eventually agreed to let my adult children out of their lease and even provided paperwork. However, now my children are being harassed by collectors. There is absolutely no way to get a hold of the upper management either.
