Belton Apartments

This place is HORRIBLE to rent from. I lived here for 4 years and at first it was good and then the manager that I had when I moved in left and after that it’s been horrific. Can’t ever get them to fix anything. Never have a manager at the office. They let the dumpsters get over flowed and refuse to clean it up. Try to charge you for stuff that THEY are suppose to fix even if it’s not your fault. My back door leaked for years and only reason they fixed anything was because I refused to pay rent. Also when someone tried breaking in and broke my back window screen they said I had to replace it and they also don’t take rent off what you pay to fix when it’s THEIR JOB! This place has no communication and barely answers the phone. If possible STAY AWAY

This has to be one of the worst apartments I ever been in. The manger is never here when it’s time to ask questions or for anything neither is the maintenance men , they haven’t fixed anything since I’ve been here everything is falling apart my shower don’t work, the lights in the kitchen doesn’t work even the toilet . This is ridiculous I’ve been trying to contact the manger and others to come fix it but they don’t do nothing at all . They are NEVER here . My apartment is literally falling apart and they don’t even care till it’s time to pay rent they need to get a new manger and maintenance person who care because this is unacceptable. Not to mention people are breaking into cars and apartments here . I’m ready to go to the higher up’s .

I have no words to express how dirty and disgusting and broken the apartments are . The manger and maintenance men are never here to fix anything… I’ve been trying to get a contact with them and everytime i will let them know for the past 8 months they haven’t done anything. This is very ridiculous. Not to mention almost everything is broken my lights don’t work and so much more stuff . I’m very disappointed in this manner when I have to still have to pay rent in these unlivable conditions. I’m ready to go to go to higher ups

The manger and matatince men are never here to fix or do anything these aptarments are freaking disgusting . Nothing is never fixed almost everything in these apartments are broken everything leaks and doesn’t work. This is really unceptabale . How can y’all make some pay rent in these unlivable conditions . High lead water .

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex they can’t keep a manager and I moved 3 months ago and still waiting on my deposit I’m told their are other former tenants who never received their deposit back either 😕
