Belterra by Granville Homes

My family had a very bad experience with Granville Belterra. Months before we had a reservation advance fee of $10k and Weeks before our scheduled transfer (2nd week of Sept.) to our new home we already have paid more than 20% down payment to their accredited mortgage company. All thé documents needed to let us transfer to our new home have been submitted and their employees at their model house have a copy of our schedule transfer. We have also coordinated a month before with our former apartment landlord our transfer to our new home based on thè schedule given by Granville Belterra. The day before our scheduled transfer the sales employee informed us that they can not allow us to transfer the following day because the mortgage company have not given them the issued advance payment for t
