I don’t really know how to describe this place, except to say that I really liked that they had a recording studio on site, which would appeal to any neurodivergent individual, plus they also have a nice super auto espresso machine, and they have in unit washers and dryers, as well. Unfortunately, though, the first floor felt kind of institutional and not like a real apartment complex. They weren’t even sure if they could accept section 8 vouchers, which is unfortunately a common problem with neuro-inclusive housing, as they follow stricter criteria that do not align with low income housing tax credit, even though you think they would, given how sensory-friendly they are.
