If you're looking for a place not to go, definitely read this. This apartment is the worst I have lived in. Management was terrible the entire time. Never communicated whatsoever, maintenance work was never done in a quickly manner. Our AC went out when it was 100+ degrees outside, the text I received was to buy my own, roaches were throughout the entire apartment for MONTHS with nothing done. They would "bring in" pest control but didn't pay enough for them so all they did was set traps. It took over a week for management to get back to me about the roaches in my apartment after it completely ruining my pregnancy experience because I was constantly sick and in the hospital from the roaches and me cleaning every single day to try to keep them away, we had sent a message a week before rent

Love it here. Bobbi is an amazing apartment manager. She goes above and beyond to help. Very easy to work with. ☺️

I moved in here in 2021 and through those four years we have had three landlords. The first landlord Randy who rented us the apartment was great! He lived right across the hall from us so whenever we needed something he was right there and he got it done for us. Sadly his wife became very ill and he had to move and sell the property. Kyle then took over for us as landlord but he was horrible. He would ignore our maintenance requests and was NEVER in the office or available by phone. For three years we haven’t had pest control or regular maintenance, we also informed Kyle of black mold that was growing in our bathroom but nothing was done about it. Apartment manager shows up at my door discussing my current personal situation, then got more and more disrespectful as the conversation went on. He smelled and looked drunk as well as made me uncomfortable. Apartment manager shares inappropriate interactions and relationships with tenants. The building as a whole contains moldy walls, the lobby and halls smell terrible, there's continued flooding on lower levels, and their fix is to rig a sump pump that blocks walkways, broken dryer on the 2nd floor, maintenance is slow to process work orders. Even after communicating respectfully and requesting accommodations after going through a hard time recently, I got no contact back from management. Reached out to One Seed Management for assistance and got ignored. In short, don't bother moving in
