Belmont & La Fontaine Apartments

I’ve been a resident at The Belmont Place/La Fontaine Apartments for many years, and my experience has consistently been a positive one. The Front staff and management have always shown professionalism, friendliness, and a genuine willingness to help with any concerns that come up. Their communication is clear, and they never hesitate to take the time to make sure residents feel heard and supported. One person who truly stands out is Ms. Celia Briales the manger Her upbeat personality and welcoming spirit make every interaction enjoyable. She brings a bright energy to the community, and I always appreciate how quickly and confidently she steps in to handle major concerns. At the time, the price was pretty good for a 3 bedroom apartment. There were some issues, though. 1. Gate. Darn it that gate. Most of the times it wouldn't budge open even if you pressed the code. You'd have to go in from the rear to get in or you had to park outside the apartment complex. ☹️ 2. Neighbors. Some seemed nice, but dam. They sounded like they were killing their kids. There were times that a couple would be arguing in the daytime (I don't know for what reason) out in the open. 🤷‍♀️ 3. Water bill was always $100 without fail. 4. You can't park in reverse. Other than that, no one broke in my car, didn't encounter suspicious people at night, your car gets towed if you don't have a permit. The female staff were friendly and helpful.
