DON'T Move Here! My daughter moved in a couple months ago, and just this past month her car was stolen, then another car in the same parking lot was broken into. A man was also murdered in the parking lot. On top of all that, her washing machine hasn't worked the majority of the time she's been there. She has to go to a laundry mat weekly even though shes paying for a washer and dryer. The management has not reached out to tenants to give any safety tips nor have they added lights or anything to try and make the apartments safer for tenants. They could have at least sent out a email notification of the car break ins so tenants would know to be on the look out. My daughter is scared to walk her dog, or even go to the trash at night. I had a great experience working with Emily and staff at the leasing office. The apartment are spacious and very well maintained. The maintenance of the grounds are tops.

I’ve lived in this complex for a year now and this is a honest review!!!! I’m a single woman and in regards to safety I stay to myself a never really had issues with theft or Rudy neighbors. Cleanliness in the neighborhood is pretty good also. The rent office staff is actually pretty kind. But the property manager is stellar! I’ve fell on hard times through 2025 an she always handles me with care and compassion. She understands an I’m grateful for that.

So I’ve already made a review but I can’t find it to add on to the more annoying stuff I’ve had to deal with since moving here. Moved here 10 months ago i had a gut feeling that this place wasn’t it but i needed it at the time. So 1st problem maintenance unprofessional. They respond when they want but no surprise there….. then you got the folks that work in the office.. silas was cool at first but I think she’s head of maintenance and she doesn’t do her job on that part either. Roaches moved in before I did. Rats are now coming up into my apartment, the hole is located in the laundry room behind the water heater. Honest Review Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The management and communication are poor, and the maintenance staff seems understaffed. When I toured the unit, it wasn't bad, but there were a few things that needed fixing. I was told it had been "renovated," but it seems like only the living room carpet was replaced to the standard gray floor. Here are some issues I've encountered: - The main entrance door is old and beat up, with a loose knob. - The bathroom tub was filthy. Which took them 2weeks to repaint. I had to shower at my friend’s house in those two weeks. - The bedroom door had no knobs and was dirty. - The bedroom carpet reeks of a strong smell, likely from previous pet owners.
