Good staff. Victoria goes above n beyond to fix situations. The new guy Hosay listens to tenants and is always polite. I've see him a lot in the packaging room organizing and making packages easy to find. The maintenance crew is awesome. Friendly n personable. I do wish the apartment floor levels can look as nice as lobby area but in due time I hope. Theres lots a work being done. Overall I appreciate the staff and community

I moved into this building right around the time the new management took over, and I honestly love it here. Everything is convenient, the team responds quickly, and they actually take care of things. I know the building is old, but they’re still improving it, replacing appliances, updating the look, and really trying to make it better. I appreciate that a lot. Great job to the management team!

I love living here . It’s beautiful and the new changes they are making are awesome . The building is beautiful and upkept and the office staff is so nice and friendly . I had a great move in process and Victoria was very helpful throughout the whole process . Everything is becoming more modernized ! My floor is always clean and quiet . I would highly recommend

I’ve lived here since 2008 the building was nice clean and up to date. The building had taken a drastic change for the worse. The gym smells like mold, they have exposed wires in multiple areas, the 1st floor is condemned and smells like sewage, they have pets issues(mice and roaches), they increase on the rent but never make any additions or improvements in the property. We had power outage for 4days all of my food went bad I was not compensated for any of it. I’ve had my packages stolen multiple times. Nothing can be done. We currently do not have any air conditioning in the building. Pool has not been open etc….. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

The leasing department at Belmont Heights has shown a consistent pattern of neglect and poor management. A major pipe burst occurred because management kept putting band‑aids on a long‑standing leak instead of fixing it properly. Several apartments were damaged, and residents are now four weeks — and counting — displaced because of the management team’s failure to handle the situation responsibly. The accommodations offered throughout this ordeal have mirrored the behavior of a slumlord, not a professional leasing office. Victoria’s bedside manner is combative, dismissive, and far from resident‑centered. Even though residents were technically “covered,” getting basic needs addressed — like cleaning, removal, and proper support — felt like pulling teeth. Belmont Heights is located in a be
