Twenty fourth avenue seventeenth street dangerous

I was place in a apartment there, in the worst location ever. One set of neighbors were terrible, block shared driveway. Plus the fights drugs and shooting over there everyday. Not safe to raise a family. From 17th in down to 15th street. 24th, 25th, and 26th so dangerous. They want the rent but can't guarantee your safety. Management there is very nasty. They have customer service classes a Learey Technical. I left before my lease up for peace and safety. Two kids where shot over there last week. A father lost his life over there. The drug dealing is terrible over in that area. Not safe at all. Phase I the Spanish tenants get royal treatment. I was moved in before another tenant and they got moved to a better area.

Phase one is a very important place to live at my mother live there my sister live there it's convenient close to the bus stop a section for seniors and regular family

Normally a very quiet well kept area . Clean and the homes are really nice.
