Worst apartments to live in, won't send maintenance, will put eviction notice after 1 day of being late, will not send people for pest control. Rent increases every month with magical fees of storm water or something. Worst experience to live in, worst staff would have given minus rating if possible.

This has been the absolute worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. The staff completely ignores maintenance requests, emails, and phone calls — it’s like they don’t care at all. The manager Brittany promises to get to things done, but always fails to do so. The appliances are cheap and constantly breaking down, and when you ask for repairs, nothing ever gets done. On top of that, there are roaches, and management does nothing about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Alexis is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me during my leasing process. She was super friendly, quick to respond, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping residents, and Alexis definitely does. Highly recommend working with her!

Having my vehicle towed and I wasnt even there 30 minutes is maddening. You dont tow someones car that hasnt been there less than a 1hr. Will for sure be taking this reciept to court. Yall beware cause you cant tell me that jerk wasnt watching me. Aint no way. I got there at 850PM. He towed me at 911.

Visited the apartment complex September 2025 and was greeted by the friendliest face ever. Ms.Torres was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had. She also took the time to explain the more detailed aspects of the leasing process, making everything easy to understand. I really appreciated her patience and professionalism—it made a great impression! Can’t wait to sign My lease!
