Belmont Dairy Apartments and Lofts

I lived at Belmont Dairy for 2 years - first in a studio - then in a two-bedroom - and I loved living there so much that after two years away I am moving back into a one-bedroom. I have lived in many apartments over the past 25 years and Belmont Dairy has hands down been the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Beth is the absolute best manager I have ever encountered anywhere. She is kind, fair, professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to interact with. Belmont Dairy simply wouldn't be the place that it is without her. The location has so much to offer. It's a wonderful neighborhood for walking and exploring different shops and eateries. When I lived there the manager quit and stole all of the tenants files and paperwork. The following management harassed us an a daily basis to fill out paperwork that would absolve them of any responsibility. I refused to play their game and I was hit with a bill of $1500 for cleaning an apartment that was professionally cleaned and left much cleaner than it was when we moved it. If you rent here, you will be ripped off!!

I’ve lived here all my life with my dad (I am a minor) and this apartment is nothing but great!!!

Our building has become much better since our new manager, Janet and our new maintenance guy. Steven showed up things are done on time and our building is clean.

Subsidized apartments and luxury lofts. Great staff and location. Parking can be difficult at times
