This is only a review of their website. Thank you, Belmont Court Apartments, for keeping your website up-to-date so I knew not to waste my time or yours. I don't know anything else about this organization-but, I appreciate this.
They are currently refusing to fix mold and my ceiling is starting to fall apart so funny everyone says they great but my father's slowly dying from what they are doing so I hope yall don't make the same mistake of moving here
Would avoid this place at all costs! Definitely not worth it. Place is infested with bed bugs, roaches, and black mold. The community manager is always requesting more information “required by the auditor”, never responds to maintenance requests, and is just all the way around rude after you move in.
Trying to make arrangements to transfer a HUD/VAS voucher i spoke with Cynthia Gullett at Belmont Court Apts , she was very helpful with my concerns and questions. She was courteous and represented the Housing Authority with the a high level of professionalism. I want to thank you for the great service that was provided.
