Don't lease here. Save your peace of mind. The living conditions are atrocious and worse than that, the management team does not care and they will give you the run around. They will get defensive when you bring up these issues with them and will tell you "we're just middle men" basically we'll get to it when we get to it. Speak to them and you will see. These apartments are NASTY and NOT UP TO CODE NOR MANAGED AT ALL, DONT RENT HERE if anything they are copy and pasted half ass done. First off, Management you can ask for help it takes days for someone to come out to fix not to mention 2 weeks without water after the major ice storm is insane and there was zero remorse and not to mention the A/C wasn’t working properly for MONTHS, when my cousin moved in the sub flooring upstairs had to be replaced when moved in because there was a huge hole in the sub flooring upstairs of the townhome. Do not lease here. It shouldn’t be a place to lease in the first place. The entire apartment complex and staff cannot manage the property correctly nor make sure things are up to code properly, as well as making sure that their tenants have proper heating and cooling as well as running water. Not to mention you will be price gouged for electric bills here… ($500-$600). They give you a run around for days if not weeks to get anybody out to fix anything. In my case instead of fixing a 20 year old furnace they tell you we’ll just move you to a newer apartment/townhome (which is also trash). Do not. I repeat, DO NOT lease here. The management here (RPM Living) is unresponsive and will give you the run around. This place is NOT livable and I have had to vacate the apartment to stay with my girlfriend for weeks while still paying my rent for reasons such as but not limited to: - MOLD - unfullfilled maintenance requests - unresponsive management team that doesn’t answer the phone but also doesn’t respond to emails and will call you and act as if they have no recollection of you reaching out about problems repeatedly - will not share chain of command if property manager is unavailable and not getting things handled on the property - gym has no air - most of treadmills in gym do not work - outdated gym equipment - very unprofessional maintenance workers that will make you feel unc

I will share a 100% honest review. The new management has a bunch of new employees that are really doing a good job, don’t read to far into the comments regarding the management. Becca is amazing and even helped me set up my renters insurance and utilities. “Renovations” the property has some rough areas for sure but the entire time I toured the property there was maintenance actively working on things. The property is gorgeous and is a good bang for your buck.
