Bellevue at Spring Creek

I have lived at the Bellevue At Spring Creek apartments for almost 10 yrs. I am a retired educator and widow so I wanted a safe and comfortable place to live after I moved to Plano to be closer to my children after my husband passed away. The beautiful trees and landscaping are welcoming and the new office staff are so helpful and concerned. Since I have been here, we have had at least 3 management changes and some were pretty negative experiences but the new management has really put effort into improving the complex with painting and updating the buildings.Replacing the windows are the most recent improvements and they have made a big difference. I’ve had a really positive experience with this apartment complex so far. Ever since the property changed companies Nick, the assistant manager, has been especially helpful, he’s always quick to respond and easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure things get handled promptly. I also really like the renovations that have been done around the complex. The updates give the property a much nicer, more modern feel and show that management is investing in improvements. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’m happy living here.

Nick, the leasing agent is amazing. He empathized with my reasoning for wanting to move into a new apartment and he made the transition so flawless. He was so kind and understanding and also communicated frequently through email and through text to assure that I was receiving his messages so I could be on top of what I needed to get done. Highly recommend Bellevue apartments and meeting Nick was the peace that I needed to make the decision.

I am so happy to have new management. There have been so many improved changes. First and foremost, our new manager Maria is amazing. She listens to concerns and takes quick action to get them resolved. She is always professional and friendly. I know I can count on her to take care of my questions. Nick is slso very amiable and efficient with any questions I have. He takes time to look into my inquiries. Great Staff! What an improvement to what we previously had, who was lax and uncaring. The property management has greatly improved our homes. New paint, windows and quick to take care of all areas. Looks so much better. Maintence responds quickly and professional. Im very happy here since property management changes.

I had a great experience touring this apartment complex. Nick was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour enjoyable and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit. I really enjoyed the tour and came away with a positive impression of both the property and the management.
