I absolutely love living at Bellerose at Bees Ferry! From the moment I toured the property, the staff made me feel right at home. Deshawn Legree, the leasing consultant, went above and beyond to answer all my questions, make the process smooth, and ensure I found the perfect apartment for my needs. His professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness made such a difference. Ashley Lloyd, the community manager, is equally amazing—always approachable, attentive, and truly invested in making this community a wonderful place to live. You can tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping everything running beautifully. The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Amazing Team!!!!!!! Beautiful property! I Had an amazing experience with the office team. I even had a chance to meet the maintenance supervisor, Robert.. Any questions I had, Deshawn, leasing professional, answered with a smile. He and Ashley, the community manager, was very welcoming and so kind. I had a lot of questions as I am new to the area , they were very patient with me. I highly recommend this property…. Oh the prices were great too ☺️

Truly the most amazing place to live in Charleston! Place is gorgeous, and in a perfect spot in West Ashley. We love having a garage and a fenced backyard! Staff is also incredible! Ashley the property manager is absolutely world class!
