Belle Terrace Apartments

My parent lives here and loves it. The manager Rich is awesome and very nice. The groundsman is also very friendly. It's quiet and well taken care of. They care about their residents here. It's been probably six or seven years since my parent moved in here.

Nice place to live, great "sanctuary park like in central gardens" was my favorite place to take peaceful walks & see many different species of birds, I really miss the squirrels, rabbits, and in the cooler months even deer! I highly recommend living at Belle Terrace, 5 plus stars & thank you to the management & caretakers of this beautifully kept up Apt complex!!! Gary Z.

Belle Terrace is a well managed, quiet 55+ community. I don't know how Juen Nyded is making his comment when he does not live there. Maybe he wants to live there and there was no vacancy. This complex is at full capacity almost all the time. I love this place, it feels like home.

A clean and quaint apartment complex. It is a 55+ community, so it is always quiet and orderly. The grounds are well kept and pleasant.
