Belle on the Park

Has a horrible siren that disturbs the entire building and neighborhood when the trash is accessed at night. This includes when homeless are accessing the trash. Deterring homeless from literally garbage is more important than ensuring your right to quiet enjoyment to this building’s management Update 1 year later: still using sirens to disturb the neighborhood at all hours of the night but not taking effective action to prevent homeless from accessing trash. Trash everywhere in the alley is a common sight. Other buildings nearby had put lids and locks on their trash receptacles to prevent this.

I don’t even live at this building but I live next door and they have got to do something about the alarm with the trash. Put locks on the freaking trash cans if you’re worried about homeless people spreading trash everywhere. It wakes me up and I don’t even live here. Put locks on the bins!!!!! It’s so loud! It’s 5am and been going off for over an hour.

The new management is unresponsive. I emailed them and called multiple times throughout the week with technical difficulties paying rent and now I may get charged a late fee. They never responded . They sent a building wide email a week after rent was due that rent must be paid on a new platform. I wish they made that clear when I called this past week so I can avoid late rent fees. I’m not sure who to reach out to at this point. Also, I tried to report multiple stolen items at the gym, again, with no response. Maybe they’ll contact me through Google Reviews.

I lived at Belle on the Park for the past year and am moving because I need a bit more space and want to explore a new part of town. The location, right by Cheesman Park, is a major plus. I also want to highlight how wonderful the property manager, Cody, and the maintenance technician, Aeolian, have been. They've both been incredibly attentive to any needs that came up, and Aeolian, in particular, went above and beyond to support me during a challenging time. Their professionalism and care made my experience here truly positive.

I currently live here and will not be resigning my lease. There is a homeless man with a record who breaks into the building daily if not multiple times a day. I’ve tried to address this with building management but he keeps breaking in. In addition to this you have no control over your heating in the winter months. This building isn’t worth the rent price. Update: 4 weeks has passed and management still hasnt fixed the problem of the homeless man breaking in.
