I've only lived here a few months, but the prices are good. The place is quiet and in a great area. Neighbors are friendly. Plenty of parking. Maintenance has been amazing and quick to fix things. I moved into an apartment that needed a bunch of work(not their fault it was the previous tenants fault) and they prioritized me and what needed to be fixed.
