Bellco Credit Union

I am president and treasurer for a non profit international affiliate. My board authorized me transfer our accounts to Bellco after a board member recommendation. I contacted the rep and did all of the paperwork and was able to open the account on August 22, 2025 at the Westminster branch. There was an issue with providing me with a separate login from one of our board members who has a personal account there. I had to wait 30 days to do that. In the interim, I used hers. When we created my login in September, 2025, I was not able to deposit checks through the app and had to drive to the branch to make deposits. At that point, I complained to the Asst. Branch Manager who helped me and input a tech request. They told me I had to set up a personal membership that I was not told about in Augu

This is a medium size branch of Bellco credit union, probably a larger one within area with drive through service. It can be busier at times. But I found most of time reasonable in term of wait time. Used drive-through a couple of times also without much of trouble. It is near Costco and shopping area so relative easy trip with shopping need. Credit union is not regular bank so services are a bit different but cover enough for regular needs with better rates and fees.

Shout out to C.C. - she is lovely! I'm always happy to see her - she is an incredible employee to have around - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & efficient! i took my family to this bellco location to open the checking account but one of the ladies working here she is really mean try to give us really hard time , never comeback this bellco need stay away .

There are so many banks out there that give you false information about how to avoid overdraft fees, seemingly intent upon making as much money as possible. I'm sad to say bellco is one of them. When I signed up for my bellco account they let me know that I would only get overdraft fees if I had my check not my bank card signed up for recurring payments, when my bank account was below zero. They told me that if my bank account was below zero, the rest of the charges that might be attempted with my bank card would be declined. That is absolutely the biggest lie ever. Apparently anything that's on a reoccurrant payment even with the bank card. Even when there is his air balance will be passed through and overdraft fee will be given.
