Bellamonte Apartments

I’ve had a great experience at Bellamonte, the maintenance team is excellent handling service requests quickly and professionally, which really makes a difference. Whenever I have questions or need anything from the office they are always helpful and responsive. On top of that, the rent prices are reasonable for the quality of the community. Overall, I highly recommend Bellamonte Apartments.

I have a friend who lives here and she absolutely loves it and loves the manager, everyone is very communicative and the apartments are very clean

We've lived here 3 yrs. Since we moved in the patio door was broken and took 6 moths under Miramonte. Before Bellamonte bought this dump there were inspections which revealed our balcony is not safe, our dishwasher was ALREADY broken AND still hasn't been fixed. While they are furiously painting the exterior of the buildings to get more renters, and fixing EMPTY apartments, they are doing nothing for us already here. Except, they raised our rent. Not to mention that THEY wouldn't accept living in these conditions but we're not them. The pool has been broken for I don't even know how long. BUT, because we're behind on our rent due to the government closing down jobs, they aren't fixing anything. Plus we're all sick and my granddaughter has been calling in sick. She's getting tested next

EDIT/UPDATE: I JUST FOUND A COCKROACH IN MY KITCHEN AND NOBODY IN THE OFFICE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. MY MOTORCYCLE WAS ALSO STOLEN FROM THE PARKING LOT. DONT RENT FROM HERE. MAINTENANCE STILL HAS NOT BROUGHT MY APPLIANCES OR FIXED MY SLIDING DOOR EITHER. IT'S BEEN MONTHS. THE POOL NEVER OPENED. ------ Original Post------ I'd like to echo Valerie, as we've also been in this complex for the last 3 years and are experiencing the same issues. Our sliding door has also been broken for months & I've ALSO been waiting on new appliances and maintenance. When I call the office, nobody ever answers. We've also had reoccuring mold in the bathroom that I've cleaned multiple times and they've even repainted my ceiling once. Their communication is never clear with the community. Decent place, great price for what you get. Staff is super upbeat and clearly love what they do. Always answer any questions I have and are quick to respond to complaints.
