I want to start saying that their currently management sucks I heard that they main owner are overseeing their property .Theres always change of office staff since the supervisor left and Crystal. They currently fire in a rude way a Maintence that has been working on the property for years :( Just because he gave his opinion on a crapy work. I feel even if his legal status is not done no one deserves to be let go in such disrespectful way in front of all staff how sad they talk about doing events doing some stuff call resident retention they can't even retain their employees. My mom won't be renewing her lease we known this Maintence for a long time . We seen him work late shame on the owners what they need to do is fix this Ac and heat that is always going out !!

So I lived here for 2020-2021 and I can only say is that loners like me it's very liveable not too large not too small just suitable and not unnecessarily expensive as the apartments when I moved in were pretty understandable. However if there's families interested please please take precautions this is not a place to fully settle in this place is somewhat unsafe there's mixed reviews because of different experiences occuring but there are events for kids like Free Snow Cones or Outdoor Activities that will most likely make them and you happy depending who's your next door neighbor or near you. since I moved here , We been struggling living here. when my baby was first born and we got home , it was during the winter , the air conditioning wasn't working , now that's it's hot outside we are struggling with the a/c, we have gone days with out it. Their air conditioning works great at their office , how ever not residents apartments. They don't allow residents to have those air conditioning that you can have on your window but if it is a necessary thing. I feel like it's more on the management not being helpful. There's always people robbing here , my partner got his work tools stolen and they didn't have cameras working. we are having problems with our both restrooms and who ever is in charge has not come. the department of health should be honestly be send to view the apartm
