Bella Vista Apartments

There is no other apartment community in St George I would recommend before this community. The management team, Bethany and Ian, are fantastic people to work with, they are quick and communicative with anything and are genuinely caring people about their tenants. The maintenance team is also top notch and can handle just about any issue thrown at them quickly and accurately. I cannot emphasize how amazing this apartment complex is!

I’ve been living here for a little less than a year and I’ve been incredibly impressed. There is constantly staff keeping the grounds beautiful. Huge trees, kids running around playing, and beautiful green grass each morning when I walk out. It’s a lovely place to live as the location is fantastic. The office staff have always been very helpful. I know Ian has helped my husband and I on multiple occasions. I love that they are pet friendly as well.

I just want anyone reading this post to know that I’m not the type of person to write a comment, let alone leave a review so that should say something. I have been living here for over a year now and not once have I had any issues or concerns with any other tenants and the staff. They are amazing and anytime I have questions, comments, and/or concerns, they’re willing to help and go above and beyond to satisfy my needs. They made my transfer to a different unit quick and painless and I couldn’t ask for an easier transition. Bethany and Ian had done more for me than I can ever ask of anyone from any property. They are kind and respectful and just plain, old down to earth. I can go in the office, any time of the day, and they’ll answer any questions or fix any issues I have, or they’re just

I love it here so far! I wish they’d update the dog park and give it some grass so it’s not so stinky and boring. Otherwise it’s been pretty good!
