Just moved into this apartments and cant be more happy. Manager Yancy helped a lot with all the process her and her team took their time and explained every single step. She made sure the move in day was smooth and apartment was ready to live in it. Thanks for a first time amazing experience.

I just moved into Bella Vista in October. From the moment I walked in the door it felt like home. I had the pleasure of working with Katie. My husband and I haven't moved in 13 years. So going through the leasing process was very new to us. That's where Katie really stepped up not only was she so kind and understanding but she literally held my hand and walked me through every step and when I couldn't figure it out I gave her a call and she jumped right on it. When we moved in there was a few things in the apartment that needed to be fixed, Once again I just put a call in to Katie. In less than 24 hours the maintenance crew was here and had everything on the list completed that day. I’ve been living at Bella Vista Apartments for the past 3 years, and it’s truly been a wonderful experience! From day one, the manager, Yancy, has been absolutely amazing. She’s professional, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. Her entire team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the community. The maintenance crew is also top-notch — any time I’ve put in a request, they’ve responded quickly and efficiently. It’s such a relief knowing that any issue will be taken care of without delay. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. Active Duty Military, lived here for 2 years. The absolute worst experience I’ve had with any housing. They price gouge military members and elderly by raising rent from their regular rates based on what they know you receive for BAH. Once you’re locked in for the first year, they raise your rate significantly for the follow-on year hoping you’ll be inconvenienced enough to stay (over $300 rent increase). Their visitation rules are insane, stating I can only have visitors for 72 hours out of the entire month. Being active duty, I’m either deployed or living in another state, so when family visits those moments are precious and seldom. They stripped this opportunity from me. I wished they would have just sold me the rental unit. It was perfect. It’s so peaceful. Grounds are beautiful and quiet, staff is friendly, prompt and helpful, and management is pleasantly strict when it comes to making sure things stay that way. I took my dog for 1.5 mile morning walks around the property, enjoying quick chatter with some of the neighbors along the way. My dog particularly enjoyed encounters with the shy river otters, healthy squirrels, cats and other neighborly dogs as well. This is the best rental property I have ever lived on. DEFINITELY great value for your money.
