Living here has its up and downs but they really do try and take care of everyone’s needs. At least they do for me. I never really had any problems living here. My neighbors are really chill and quiet every one keeps to themselves. Pool is nice and open. They have 2. Everything is really close shopping wise, restaurants and grocery stores. But yeah I’ve had issues but they’ve taken care of it every time. Overall I enjoy living here!

Whatever you do, do NOT waste your time and money on this place. There is a major mold problem in the roof due to not keeping up with the apartments, and there’s a major roach/baby moths infestation due to nobody doing monthly sprays anymore. if you’re gonna spend almost $2,000 for rent FIND YOURSELF A BETTER APARTMENT COMPLEX!! , maintenance and people who work for the complex take this as a sign to take care of ur apartments and remodel them . 1/5 stars BEING generous 😂😂😂

This situation has become completely unacceptable. I have been dealing with a roach-infested, complicated, and unprofessionally managed living environment since signing my lease. I have repeatedly requested to speak with corporate or a regional manager, yet I have not been connected with anyone, despite multiple errors made on the company’s end. I have not been properly accommodated at any point. Instead of taking responsibility for issues that were not my fault, management continues to place the financial burden on me. I was even offered a transfer into another roach-infested unit, which is not a reasonable or safe solution. At this point, I am formally requesting immediate escalation to higher management or corporate for proper resolution

We requested AC service on 10/13. On 10/16, you claimed you attempted entry but didn’t have a key—this is false. My wife works from home, and no one knocked. Today, maintenance arrived with a key, as confirmed by our security camera. This dishonesty is unacceptable. We no longer need AC service. Please ensure future communication is truthful and appointments are properly coordinated.

I lived at Bella Terraza between 2019-2025. When I first moved in the complex, things were excellent. The amenities were accessible, the office staff was helpful and maintenance was responsive. Each year I stayed, things got worse. HUGE MOLD problem!! Maintenance simply painted over the mold. We had to do our own mold treatment and called the State of Florida over this unresolved issue. The pool is never accessible and was dirty whenever it was open. The trash issue from the ONE dumpster overflowing to trash all over the property was appalling. We constantly put in maintenance requests for them to mark them completed when no one even came by the unit. Furthermore, when maintenance does enter your apartment, the leave a mess and leave ALL your lights on. Beware, maintenance will enter your
