I would like to all students to be aware of Bella Properties. He gives you an 11 page lease. Make sure that someone of authority accompanies you as the company takes advantage of renters and does not explain what you are signing. Do not sign the lease in the office, take it home and have someone of experience read through each page. Understand that if it is a three bedroom, that there are three renters on the lease, therefore one person is not liable for the entire amount. My friend ended up having to pay the entire amount of $1475 because two rooms were empty.
