Bell Preston Reserve Apartments

Where do I begin? From the apartment itself to the entire complex, everything is either dirty or broken. Listen to the other reviews, there is a cockroach infestation in Bell Preston! Of course there is, they never clean up the trash (see pics). The office is clearly aware of the trash build up, it’s disgusting. What’s worse is that they don’t clean the units before handing you the keys (see pics). When I brought it up, Heather told me to fill out a form and that they’ll send someone in 5-7 days since their maintenance team was busy fixing everyone’s ACs. Speaking of, they are very outdated and only work when it’s not hot out. The management team isn’t noting and addressing concerns. Apartment complex would get 5 stars but no dog park?? There is so much space to put one, makes no sense to not have one. Plus the amount of dogs i see while walking mine, it would be a great addition to this complex. Seems like people just cutting the corners and trying to not spend money. Other than that I enjoy the apartments and Hailey is always so nice and helpful when I need help.

We have lived here 2 years now, and after several different complexes in several states across the last 10 years, we genuinely love living here. The maintenance staff is impeccable and so nice. We don’t interact much with the office staff, but the few times we have everyone has been nice and helpful. Our maintenance orders are always completed within 48 hours and urgent ones are looked at immediately. It is an older property so the appliances are a little run down but I think they have units now that are fully upgraded, we just didn’t opt for one. The space of and quality of the units for the price is very fair, and the neighborhood of the complex is well maintained. I don't know how they managed to delete my original review, but here goes again… This complex has been one disappointment after another. There's a German cockroach infestation, poor insulation that drives bills up, more than 10 water leaks, an AC unit that broke down twice in a single year, and constant parking issues. It's far from the quality they advertise. On top of that, many neighbors smoke and toss their cigarette butts on the ground. I've reported this several times because I have children and can't even open my windows due to secondhand smoke. Management claims to enforce a "non-smoking apartment" policy, but all they've done is nothing more than make calls and leave notes. Nothing changes.
