Worst apartment ever communication skill are horrible. If you pay rent early the amount of balance will be incorrect and then you end up with a balance instead of them clarifying that posted balance is incorrect until the 1st or 2nd of a the month. They don’t know who they have assigned for the sheltered parking spaces. I was trying to pay extra for both my cars and was denied because they don’t know how many parking spaces they have open. They take no accountability will definitely not ever recommend anyone to rent here not even with the best offer going on. Mind you I moved here from another state and since the first impression of being here the first day it was a big red flag but I was stuck since I signed the contract.

I toured the property the apartment, gym and pool was very nice. They even had a study lounge. I didn’t go in the power salon but that’s nice to have off you have a pet as well. Beautiful complex. Thanks to your great leasing consultant Jocelyn Harris she made me feel so welcomed. The elevator in the building that I visited didn’t work but otherwise it was nice.

My wife and I lived here for 6 years. At first it was owned by Cortland and it was great. The maintenance team would come the same day you put in a work order. They had a car washing station with a hose and vacuum, they had package lockers, and the back gate leading to the shopping center was open. The only complaint was people in the back of the shopping center doing donuts at all hours of the night. My neighbors were good for the most part I never heard the one upstairs but did hear the one next door on occasion. Then we went on a cruise and came back and Cortland had sold the property to Bell. We came back to all kinds of notices telling us we had a week to come to the office and check in. They immediately cancelled the package lockers and had them removed. When I went to complain abo

Since being here for the past Five years,I have seen plenty of changes. At the start of Bell taking over from Cortland, it was not the best. A ton of things were not working, Lights, Locks to the entry gate which was broken and the Property was not maintained well. Fast forward to a New Staff of workers. I commend Ms. Cyrian Richardson for the Awesome work that she has been putting in for the last year to help build up this Bell Community. She has been very Knowledgeable as she has answered many questions that I have had thoroughly. I have noticed her caring and kind interaction with the Residents which goes a long way. Ms. Cyrian Richardson and Mrs. Jocelyn Harris working together have made this a much Better place than it was before. They are truly a Dynamic Duo.

The office staff never answers the phone when you call them during business hours. The staff is very unprofessional when it comes to handling business. I have lived here for about a year and a half and it has only gotten worse since moving in. I’m not sure if there was management change within the past few months. Last year in April my upstairs neighbor pipes busted, which caused water damage in my apartment. Took them about a week to come out and “fix it”. All they did was paint over the water damage in my apartment, so the ceiling is stained. My hot water heater has been going out for the last 5 months and the maintenance team keeps coming and only doing temporary fixes. The hot water heater went out 3 days ago, and I have still yet to have it replaced by maintenance. They’ve sent two
