Bell Olmsted Park Apartments

Living at Bell Olmsted Park has been a great experience. A big part of that is thanks to the team here—especially Alexandria Moran, the Assistant Community Manager. She is incredibly responsive, always on top of things, and truly goes the extra mile to make sure residents feel taken care of. That was not always the case before Alexandria came in, but she certainly has established that now. The building itself has a lot to offer as well. The value is very good, especially given the large square footage compared to other Boston apartments. Outside of some of ultra-expensive buildings around, the gym at Bell is one of the best I’ve seen (very spacious, pretty well equipped). My boyfriend and I toured the bell olmstead apartments and loved it! It was a very user-friendly self guided tour. Before and after the self-guided portion, Desirae went over information about the community and answered any questions we had. She was absolutely lovely and made the whole experience better!

We have been living at Bell Olmsted Park Apartments as a family with our toddler for two years now, and we feel very welcomed, comfortable, and safe. We’re very happy with our beautiful apartment and the available community spaces. The Assistant Community Manager does an excellent job! In addition to the extremely attentive and helpful concierge team, the maintenance team led by Louiz Diaz also does an outstanding job — they handle requests quickly and reliably!

While I have not lived at Bell Olmsted, the process of contacting an actual leasing agent has been egregious. It is important to note that you will only be contacted by an AI bot and no follow up will be done by a real person. Don’t expect your questions to be answered.

I’d like to leave a review for Alexandria Moran - a wonderful manager who was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the apartment selection process. We’re also very grateful for the fun and delicious monthly events she organizes for the residents. These little touches truly make our everyday life better. Overall, I’d also like to highlight the high standard of the apartment complex itself. It’s always clean, cozy, and smells amazing.
