Our 9-month experience at Bell Mooresville West was outstanding. The office & maintenance staff were highly responsive, addressing any concerns & resolving issues quickly. The apartment, grounds, & pool were meticulously maintained, clean & inviting. We felt valued as residents & would highly recommend this community.

Dear Bell Mooresville West, The customer service from Bell was outstanding, from Mr. Scott G. specifically, who met us at the West property as the Assistant Manager. He is very responsive and knowledgeable in solving each question I could pose. The facilities and amenities were amazing, we loved the spacious rooms, gym, pool and especially the quiet area. If you're looking up reviews, then you, like me understand the headache of apartment hunting. After so many poor experiences in the area, most due to the customer service and cleanliness; we can finally relax as we have found our next home! Thank you again Scott for making us feel comfortable, safe and attended by the utmost of care. ~Cheers~

Been here over a year and this has by far been the best place I ever lived. Due to a job change I'll be moving out in the summer, and I hate to leave. The apartments are built so well and the floor plans are designed so well to have the best usable space. All the finishes are modern, and appliances are nice. The staff is fantastic, especially Scott, and has helped me numerous times with heavy packages and finding packages that the dumb delivery people have misplaced. Very quiet community and the amenities are great. Plenty of parking, a place to wash your car, garbage pickup right at your door. Location is great and you're close by the grocery store which is nice.

The facilities are great. It's a nice, quiet community and close to everything. When I moved in let's just say the Property Manager was less than professional and a struggle to deal with. Since Danielle has come on board, things have improved tremendously! She is a top notch Property Manager. Jerry and Hunter are also great! All 3 are always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything. I'm proud to say the staff at Bell Mooresville West is the best!
