Bell Lancaster Apartments

I recently moved in, and the entire process has been so smooth, and the space is stunning. I am so thrilled. I just want to take a moment to express gratitude towards Karen as well. She was so friendly, communicative, easy to contact, and friendly through the entire process. I could tell she was excited for me throughout the tour, application, and set up. Very excited to be here and to have met Karen.

I assisted a tenant with securing a lease at Bell Lancaster in 2024 and to date, I have never received the commission owed for that transaction. After the lease was secured, I spoke to the property manager in person to confirm receipt of documentation needed to submit commission. Months later after numerous attempts, I was then informed the property had transitioned to new management and that my payment would be processed accordingly. Despite numerous follow ups and repeated communication attempts over an extended period, I have not received payment or clear resolution. As a real estate professional, timely and transparent commission processing is expected. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing and will not recommend this property. So far the only interaction I’ve had to have with the maintenance staff was wonderful. My air conditioning stopped working, I put in a maintenance ticket late on Sunday night, they arrived to fix it the next morning. Joey in particular I interacted with the most. He was great!

Been living here two years with my husband and small child, they’re very accommodating and respectful. Karen is amazing and the maintenance staff is always timely and on point. They’ve been more than present with any and every concern.

Man it's been a disaster from the start. I was told I needed to make the move in date by end of month, to get the special promo. They made me rush to get paperwork done but I never got the 2months promo. Never was told I didn't get promo until the rent was due, costing me about 800 in extra charges. Management staff is garbage. Didn't try to work with me. Front office is clueless. I would stay away, many more issues. Going file against bell partners.
