I’ve been a tenant with Bellkey Realty for the past eight years, and during that time I’ve had the opportunity to really see how they operate beyond just the surface level. When I first moved in, there were a few bumps in the road.....nothing major, but enough to make me pay close attention to how they handled issues. To their credit, those early challenges were addressed, and since then the level of professionalism and consistency has only improved. One of the biggest strengths of Bellkey Realty is their responsiveness. Any time I’ve needed to submit a work order—whether it was for something small like a fixture or something more serious.......my requests were handled quickly and with genuine concern for getting things done right. I’ve never had to chase them down or wait days for a call

I have been renting with Bellkey for years now at different properties. The staff are wonderful and responsive, and when I was in a bind after having a baby last year and being out of work , they showed compassion and do not force me out. Bellkey Realty has been great to rent from. Victor is always professional, a little difficult to reach but has competent staff to take care of everything , and clearly takes good care of his staff. Every service request I’ve made has been handled fast, and communication is always straightforward. A solid property management company that truly follows through.

I was looking for office furniture for my home-office. I saw their post about free office furniture, when I got there to pick them up, they were so helpful.they were friendly, even assisted me in loading my truck free of charge. I gave them a well deserved 5 stars rating.
