Bell Kendall West

Since last week Friday, January 16th, 2026, I am been assisted by Lidia Lopez, one of the Regional Managers of this company here at Bell Kendall West. All that I can tell you is that for what I have seen she has been taking care of bussiness ! In such a short time we have interract either by email or phone; I can say that Lidia truly cares about things when it comes to the tenants concerns. She has been more that just friendly, professional, and a polite person. Lidia has been providing this community with excellence, does takes care of business and that is an understatement. I have seen that she knows in how to listen and that she goes out of her way to provide this community with nothing but an outstanding service. I just moved in and I love it! Mark was AMAZING, very helpful, clear, and most importantly very efficient! The community is clean, organized and lots of walking space to take your dog out. Also, there is a big lake and park where you can hang out to see that orange Miami sunset!

I recently went to tour this property while apartment hunting and I have to say it did not disappoint! Starting with Mark who made the tour so easy and explained everything with great detail, he also was able to answer all my questions.

One of the best places I’ve ever lived! The management was so wonderful and attentive, the apartment was very nicely built and maintained. Any issue was very quickly resolved and communication throughout was amazing! So sad to leave but definitely a place worth your money when looking to live in West Kendall!

I have now scheduled two separate appointments on consecutive days to tour this property. On both occasions, I followed the instructions provided to me; however, I was unable to gain access or receive assistance. The gate would not open using the code provided, and no one answered my calls to the leasing office. I also contacted the phone number included in the same message with the entry instructions, but the representative who answered was not on-site and stated they were unable to assist. I was then given an alternate number—which I had already attempted to call multiple times—with no response. This experience has been extremely frustrating. After two days of attempting to tour the property and exercising patience, it is clear that the property and leasing office are being mismanaged.
