I was a buyer and worked with Jeremy. He was pleasant, professional, did his job well, and was very helpful. His estimates were largely accurate. He worked with the seller well, and even spotted a major error on the settlement statement for me. There was one other smaller inconsistency we both spotted, which he offered to make right, but was minor enough to joke about instead. My only criticism is that he could have communicated my requests' status or fulfillment better. There were times I asked for information, or a document, and he didn't respond. This left me wondering if what I asked for was in progress, overlooked, forgotten, or too arbitrary to normally fall within his professional duties. HE HAS SET UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS FOR A LOCAL SELLER. HE DOESNT ANSWER HIS PHONE OR RETURN EMAILS IN A TIMELY MANNER! HE IS A COMPLETE DISSERVICE TO ANYONE HE REPRESENTS!! BEWARE!!
