They never paid their landscaping bill from 2023. we have open balance of $8,212.00 they didn't pay their last three invoices before we terminated the contract for non-payment. If you are considering doing work for WODA COOPER, be sure to get your money upfront, if not PLEASE BE CAREFUL. we will not be going to court to collect the funds they owe us. very sad as we did so much for them including snow removal for 4 years....

By far the worst place to live poor maintenance sry excuse for a property management I witness a young be put out even after paying money owed she doesn't bother anyone i watch her newborn while she works I gave her a number to a good lawyer these people out here are terrible she showed me pictures of mold in the unit heard one of the ladies in the office say she will work with her to get things hmmm next day I saw them put it out its no helping or working with ppl like this dnt rent here not worth the money or HEADACHE . ALSOOVERHEARD THAT SHE PROPERTY MANAGERHAS HER DAUGHTERLIVING IN A UNIT WITH GUY GOW MUCH IS SHE PAYING IN RENT LAST TIME THE WAITING LIST WAS OVER 3YRSWAITINGPERIODTO MUCH FRUADGOING ON HER I WILLBE MOVKNG REAL SOON ALWAYS MKNEY OQED FOR THIS AND THAT ..NEVER CAN SPEAK

Some The peoples out here always being nosy my door got busted all the way down some kids in the neighborhood did it i tried to catch the boy but my daughter was inside upstairs i called the police they made the report so I moved due to no security officers and I didn't feel safe and another thing they have a bad problems with the big water bugs coming inside your apartment the apartments are nice just wish they better security and stuff to kill the water bugs in your apartment.

I was interested in leasing with them but they dont have the correct number listed and when I did go up there they said they dont have availabilities. I can be placed on a waiting list but when you go on their website the online application is out of service and they have availabilities. This company is confused.

There are no words...nor did I take pictures... the apartments are being renovated, management seemed fine....residents seemed fine...I am just not sure about the people who are actually doing the renovations.
