From the front desk receptionist at the leasing center to the property managers around the apartments, everyone truly goes above and beyond to make sure we live comfortably and happily. They don’t just attend to any issues we face... they do it with such friendliness and positive energy every single time. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. We are so lucky to have Spence on the team. He really helps everyone and always goes the extra mile to make sure residents are happy. One call, and he’s at your doorstep ready to assist! From the beginning of the leasing process to present Angela in the leasing office has been most helpful with the intricacies of moving to Bell coconut creek. She is always ready and willing to address our concerns. I must also say that Maria is also helpful whenever i visit and she’s there. Great staff!! Hopefully our tenancy here will be a long one.

He is always helpful, efficient, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is resolved properly. On top of that, he is incredibly kind and well-liked, which makes every interaction even better. I truly appreciate his dedication and the high-quality service he consistently provides.

Luis is a great handyman, very professional and on-time. He fixed my sliding door it wasn’t locking, the food disposal the previous tenant got something stuck in there, he also fixed my toilet it was constantly leaking water he did everything perfectly. Thank you
