From the moment we arrived, she was warm, kind, and incredibly patient — not just with me, but also with my daughter, which meant so much to me. As a mom, it truly meant a lot to feel welcomed, supported, and taken care of. She took the time to carefully answer all of my questions and genuinely listened to my concerns, making what can often be a stressful process feel calm and manageable. What really stood out was how much she was juggling at once — paperwork, walk-ins, and multiple showings -all while remaining gracious, attentive, and unhurried with everyone she helped. 10/10! My girlfriend and I are moving across the country after we visited Denver back in September. We’re unable to view the property up close as we are literally 1000 miles away. But the employees of Bell Bradburn have been outstanding and so helpful through this moving process. Crystal Padilla and Victoria Lucero have been so helpful in answering all our many many questions. They’ve been so much more helpful than other rental facilities. We tried applying to two or three other places before finding Bell Bradburn, and those other locations weren’t nearly as nice looking or helpful as Crystal and Victoria. Again just wanted to say they’ve been the best and were SO excited to move in and this process has been made easier by a great team at Bell Bradburn. Thanks guys!!

Had a great experience with our move-in due to Crystal Padilla in the management office. She insured that our move went completely smoothly and went the extra mile to ensure that we had a good transition moving into the townhouses. I’m beyond grateful for this experience and so happy to have a supportive management team at our new home.

Stayed for 2 years in one of their apartments. The management is very kind and offer a lot of fun amenities like food trucks, a clean pool, and a gym. The area is beautiful with lots of fun things to do just a walk away. Moved out for personal reasons but I will be looking at this place again when things settle down again.

I would highly reconsider moving here. My husband and I have been here a little over a month and have yet to have multiple work orders fixed. They do not take any pride in their community. The dog waste trash cans are consistently overflowing which causes it to just smell and the pick up bags are always empty. It’s a shame because the surrounding area/ neighborhood is so nice and then you have Bell Bradburn that is terrible rundown. If you’re going to push and encourage people to pick up after their pets, you would hope you would be on top of making sure the trash cans are empty. My husband and I should have done further research before moving here and that’s our fault. Added: The stress just keep piling up with this place.
