Bell Bank, Fargo South University

i’ve banked at a lot of banks and Bell 🔔 Bank is the champion. The logo, the look, the customer service. No one even comes close!

We've been Bell customers for 20+ years (back when it was still State Bank & Trust). We've always had great experiences, except for the South University branch. It doesn't seem to matter if it's in person or a drive-up teller, they are extremely slow. It's like they're constantly training in new tellers, who struggle to compete simple transactions without asking for help. I've had no issues at any other branch location.

Fix the ATM already it's constantly out of service and you guys literally just remodeled. Huge inconvenience

I’ve had Bell as my bank both personally and professionally for a long time, and have never had any issues - Great bank. Today I needed immediate assistance and Mike Wagner went above and beyond and provided the most amazing customer service and assistance I’ve ever received from a financial institution. Thank you, Mike. I appreciate you taking the time to help me today.

Bell Bank gets 5 stars as a company! However, this specific location really struggles. I have had several different banking transactions go very wrong here. I get it though, human error must be accounted for always; but when it comes to my money, I don’t feel it’s “okay” for errors to be made consistently. My recommendation is: go to a different bell bank location if you want you’re money & accounts to be handled correctly the first time!!
