Receptionist – Nora I had a wonderful experience with Nora, the receptionist. Even though I only speak Portuguese and not English, she was extremely kind, patient, and helpful in every way. Her dedication and warm personality made me feel truly welcome from the very first moment. She is an amazing professional! 💖 Maintenance – Wilmi Villages Wilmi Villages is an outstanding professional! Always helpful, careful, and very polite. I strongly recommend staying away from Bell at Plantation at all cost. Management is nearly impossible to reach. The leasing office is almost never available, emails go unanswered, and phone calls are ignored. I have left countless voicemails and attempted to contact both the local office and the Atlanta office with no response whatsoever. Interestingly, the only time they seem to answer the phone is when you call pretending to be a new resident looking to lease. Once you are a tenant, communication and customer service disappear completely. Their customer service is extremely poor and the staff are often rude and unhelpful. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Henry and Nora are so unprofessional. Nora is the type of leasing agent to make comments about the number of guests that you have going in and out of your house as she lives in your building she is so inappropriate. Henry has no professionalism either. He called the police on me simply for being a day late on my rent and asking to speak with corporate regarding the payment method. keep in mind, I was referred to move here by someone who said that they have had their late fee waived twice. Meanwhile, I never have once. That’s not even the worst part. The worst part is calling the police on a resident simply because he is asking for someone above you Henry provided the police with a different corporate number than he initially gave me which further demonstrates his lack of

I am not sure how this place still has a high rating but don’t let that fool you. If any option was available for zero stars, that is definitely what I would be giving them. The apartments and community are not an issue as the community overall isn’t bad. The problem is the management. It is nearly impossible to reach them if you ever need to. They do not reply to the emails. Nora herself has told me they never check the voicemails anyone leaves when calls go unanswered and whether or not you will find them in the office is hard to tell as well. They come and go as they please, with no one in office during their working hours. They will ignore all emails and forms of communication once you are done signing the lease. My experience a Bell has been very pleasant thus far. I have lived here for almost two months and I had once incident that was out of anyone’s control but maintenance was on top of it in a timely manner. Wilmi Villegas(the property’s maintenance manager) was super super helpful and ensured that I would be taken care of even though he was out of town on vacation. He even came in and made sure I was okay as soon as he returned from his vacation. The service prompt . I’m over all very satisfied.
