Bell at Courthouse Apartments

PCs’ing…so finding a new place is hard! This was the first time my family has ever decided to not live in a house, with a yard and garage. We looked at roughly 10 other properties with a large goal post from Ballston to Pentagon City. We landed here for a plethora of reasons: 1- Bill is a good human and helped explain a lot! 2- the property had most of the amenities and upgrades we were looking for (example double sinks in Master, non-stacked washer/dryers, access directly outside and inside, and much…much more)! 3- schools: we have a junior and we opted for Yorktown HS so finding a place in that school district was also important. 4- location: it was close to both of our work locations, high school and other nice things (FYI - an AMC theater like 4 mins away via walking). Bell at Courthouse was our very first home as a newlywed couple moving from Florida, and our experience there was truly incredible. The apartment was super cozy and perfectly located, which helped us feel at home right away. Walking around the neighborhood always felt comfortable and relaxing — it’s such a beautiful area. We started our journey as a couple and left as a family of three, and Bell will always hold a special place in our hearts. A huge thank you to Afrah and Mike for making our time there so memorable. Their warmth, care, and responsiveness made all the difference. We loved the summer pool parties and building gatherings — they helped us create lasting friendships and a real sense of community. This is the most incredible apartment complex- the floorplans are beautiful & spacious, the property is well maintained, and the leasing office staff are incredibly helpful, especially Mike! The maintenance team on site is amazing, Rolando is always incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He solves all issues quickly and we have had such a positive experience. This apartment building is a 10/10 :)

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Rolando for the excellent maintenance service. He’s always prompt, respectful, and gets the job done right the first time. Mike and Afrah in leasing were super helpful with us as we were moving in. Rolando and Joel in maintenance were extremely patient with our maintenance requests and did a great job installing light fixtures for us! And our apartment is beautiful and perfect for our needs.
