Bell Ashburn Farms Apartments

Personally, I despise having to add a review, but I have been frustrated and unhappy with my experience at Bell Ashburn Farms over the past year, and it is still ongoing. I have several issues in my apartment that I have submitted requests about in the past, but I have received no concrete solutions for some of them. However, there are two primary issues that need to be addressed. Both the current community manager and the maintenance staff are fully aware of these issues. I have emailed the community manager, but have not received a response. I called today, but I wasn’t happy with the conversation I had with the community manager. I was so happy when I was able to secure an Apartment at Bell Ashburn Farms and especially grateful to Jordyn in leasing because he is very focused and tells you exactly the steps of the leasing process. He took me twice at my request to get a second look at the apartment I rented. I got the feeling that I could trust and rely on him no matter what. Also I want to say thank you to Trevor he helped me a few times and did so with a big smile while answering questions I had that day. And what really stood out was Shauna-The Property Manager-she said “Welcome” twice to me and it has felt like a real home since I moved in. The Front Office Team really has your back if you choose this place to live and you will be so happy with your decision.

Lived at the Bell for a year and one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We moved in with our HVAC broken that took 2 weeks to fix our heat from a 3rd party that they work with. Then we had a gas leak twice in our apartment. The first one, the girl in the office was amazing and took extra care to get it fixed promptly. Withing a few hours. Unfortunately, she left and we experienced our second gas leak. Our gas was then turned off by the gas company. When we called the front office for assistance, we were met with a "not my problem" attitude. The manger of the front office told me the best they could do would be to offer me keys to another apartment across the property, to use that stove until they could fix the issue. They were expecting 1 week at the earliest for the repairs.

Bell Ashburn Farms is extremely professional and friendly. Trevor in the leasing office has accommodated all my needs and handles them in a timely manner. The amenities are well maintained and very clean.

Trevor, has truly been such a blessing to me during my apartment transition at Bell Ashburn. From the very beginning, he’s been so kind, understanding, and genuinely caring. Anytime I’ve had an issue or concern, Trevor has gone above and beyond to make sure it’s handled quickly and smoothly — always with a warm smile and a great attitude. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does and truly cares about the person BEHIND the problem. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and compassionate in their role, and I’m especially grateful for all of his help and support. Bell Ashburn is a better place because of him!
