Bell Alpharetta

I truly wish I could say my move-in and stay at Bell Alpharetta has been a good experience, but I can’t. Weeks before moving in, we confirmed with the leasing office - in writing - that the carpet would be replaced and any necessary repairs would be completed before our July 28th move-in. Despite this, we arrived to find an apartment that clearly hadn’t been cleaned or repaired since the previous tenants moved out. The carpet was dirty, musty, and never replaced. In fact, the entire apartment was filthy—scuffed walls, bathroom sinks full of grime, rusted mirrors, and air vents caked with dust. The washer was covered in mold, and the dishwasher was so moldy I spent two hours just making it usable. Even then, it was still gross. Mud was caked along the floor moldings and had solidified in

Very good location. Safe area. Good personnel. BUT You collect rent money—has life really taught you nothing year after year, given that every winter your terribly substandard pipes keep bursting? Everyone understands that insurance exists everywhere, but why do you completely ignore the level of stress and inconvenience this causes people? Residents are forced to spend their personal time and nerves dealing with these floods and waiting while everything is repaired. Is it really that difficult to fix the problem so the pipes don’t burst? Are there truly no modern solutions available in 2026? It almost seems like this situation is beneficial to you, since it keeps happening year after year. Why can’t you make people’s lives calm and comfortable—so they don’t have to worry every winter

Bell is a very happy, inclusive & safe community to stay. Very close to Avalon & all other major retail, grocery chains. The fitness center, wifi lounge, clubhouse are all well maintained.

My girlfriend and I recently moved in to Bell Alpharetta and have nothing but great things to say about it! Caleb in the leasing office was very efficient with helping us get our application submitted and kept us updated on every step of the process. Everyone in the leasing office we have had contact with are so polite and welcoming as well! The maintenance team are very quick with responding to any type of maintenance work that needs to be done. The complex stays quiet and all the neighbors are so nice and welcoming. The location is also absolutely amazing. Walking distance to Avalon, Alpha Loop, Greenway, and Downtown Alpharetta is just a quick drive down the street. The units are very well kept up and feel very comfortable. If anyone asks me for recommendations on apartments in Alpharet

The staff is super nice. I love my apartment. They keep their grounds clean ,maintenance comes in a timely manner . Get right on it. Great job Bell Alpharetta!!!
