I was assaulted by the property manager and Javier from maintenance. My family and I relocated to Columbia on July 18, excited to begin a new chapter. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely difficult and concerning due to multiple unresolved issues with our apartment. From the first day of move-in, we have encountered serious problems: the air conditioning has not worked properly, the dishwasher is broken, the back door does not lock securely, there is no garbage disposal, and at one point our unit was flooded with water from a neighboring apartment. Please be aware! This place is a scam! I called and set up a time to do a tour. I like the apartments I saw because the size of the rooms. The lady called & texted EVERYDAY & EVERY hour until I finished the application & paid the security deposit. But threw out the process. She keep sending me the wrong information. It was finally time to move in. The lady told me I could get the key at 9am. Go to the leasing office & no one was their. Called the lady, she winds up telling me that I couldn't get the key to the apartment until 4pm but the one I saw was not available because something happened to it. Long story, anyways she was able to get me into another apartment. When i arrived to see the other apartment ( with all my furniture) was not ready & the was still being working on & the refrig

This is the worst place to live… Since I’ve moved here there have been 3 management changes. Also they make changes and don’t notify management. The new management company doesn’t even speak English.. There’s a dishwasher in my unit that still hasn’t been connected to the water supply. According to them due to new management dishwashers will no longer be provided or maintenance. But the rent keeps going up not down.Worst management in the world .

Beware, this Apartment Complex is a scam I did My Application online ,I got Approved For the Apartment, and I paid my security Deposit and 1/2 month Deposit, when it was time for me to get my lease and move in ,it was no one at the office, I contacted the office, now their telling Me they can't find my application, but guess what I got all evidence of every transaction I made,I just want my money back,plus I'm sueing,they will here from lawyers. Times are too hard now for you to go around scamming people.

This place is a dump. Needs to be torn down. I've been living without heat and air since 2023 with a child and animal in my home. The company insist on charging full rent in spite of basic living necessities not met and up to code. Water leakage from light fixture dripping on breaker box as well as mold and water damage. Dish washer doesn't work and my washer and dryer is open to the public for theft because they can't afford to replace rotted doors for our appliance safety being the hook ups are outside the apartment. I've never lived in such horrible conditions in my life and expected to pay over a thousand dollars in rent.
