John is a straight up B.S artist. We had a contract to do drawings for a property he has , we agreed to a price and put a deposit down , then we asked for allowances . Told us he was working on it . He jerked us around for 2 weeks and never answered any of our calls then he relisted the property for 1.5 million more. Unprofessional would be the least I would say about him. And John 3 years later and you still haven't sold the property for 3 mil. Yup still the same person

We had a contract to spec out a house on a piece of property that john owned. He gave us his word that we were good to go. WE asked for all the allowances on the build so we would know what to pick for flooring ect. He got EXTREMLY offended that we would question him . If your going to buy something for over a million dollars dont you want to know whats in it. I called him and text him for 2 weeks and never returned my calls and then he relists the house and property for 300k more. Totally unprofessional and true scam artist I felt like I was dealing with a shady used car salesman. Once again your answer is BS.
