Bela Rosa Apartment Homes

We chose Bela Rosa as our first apartment and we couldn't be happier! Everyone in the office is always extremely helpful and answers any questions with urgency and respect. The apartments are very clean and well maintained. A real sense of community here. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to call home!

We have lived in many apartments, but nowhere have we felt as comfortable as here. We have never had any issues since moving in. It is a very quiet and safe community with great neighbors. Charlie and Misty are extremely helpful and kind. We definitely recommend Bela Rosa to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I actually really enjoy living here. Management is responsive, maintenance usually shows up same or next day, the pool/landscaping is beautiful and it’s just a chill, relaxing area.

We have enjoyed our time at Bela Rosa, the community is very safe, quite, and relaxing place to live. We rarely have had any issues, and the staff is always very helpful In resolving any problems we have. I would recommend this community to anybody wanting to live in the area.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the apartment complex. The staff greeted me warmly and professionally, and they all seemed attentive and friendly. The area was spotless, and I’m sure it would be a great place to live.
